All I can say is WOW! What an incredible team that made everything happen fast and easy!! My husband and I have put off refinancing for many years because of the hassle we thought it would be. Every time we did start the process in the past other companies would not answer our questions clearly or take the time to explain things that we had questions about. This is our second time using Jeff and his team for our mortgage and financials for the purchase of our new home. I sent Jeff a message on a Sunday night around 9pm, to which he immediately responded. We talked over the phone the next morning and had our pre-approval that afternoon. Tuesday we submitted an offer and that Saturday it was accepted. During this week, Jeff worked with me several times on fine-tuning our initial offer, and later, our highest and best. He broke down every piece of the financials so we'd know exactly what the implications would be. After our offer was accepted, Jeff and his team got to work RIGHT AWAY. They understand time is of the essence, especially in today's (2021) current market conditions. We had to do a shorter closing window (50 days) rather than the traditional 60 days and it was no problem. We had our clear to close with over 3 WEEKS TO SPARE. We were proactively kept informed of the process and the steps involved from the start. Progress through the process was updated in a timely manner, we were pressed in a respectful manner when we needed to get something done to stay on schedule, we had optional ways of fulfilling our steps (by e-mail, text, snail mail, etc.). When all was done we even got follow-up calls to ensure everything was good and checking to see if any questions needed their attention. We had a few, they answered.
